We will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund (less shipping of course) within 30 days of the shipping date. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Returns must be received in saleable condition.
We will respond to all orders and requests as quickly as possible. As much of the card work is hand made and prints are done individually per request of size there may be an added time in filling your order. We will email you upon receipt of order to let you know approximate time line involved.
There are also those times we are out gathering new images and are not within range of computers and cell phones and will do our best to respond as soon as we return and receive your requests.
We will use whatever means of shipping that seems best to serve your order efficiently. Any prints over the size of 8 1/2" x 11" will be mailed in a tube to allow for best possible condition to you.
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
